BY PLANE

You arrive at Naples Capodichino airport with national and international flights. A taxi from the airport costs approx. € 25.00 one way (without luggage).
With the ALIBUS service, which leaves directly from the airport, you can reach the port of Beverello.

ON THE TRAIN

A taxi from the station costs about € 15.00 one way (without luggage).

Alternatively, there is the BUS 151 line that departs from Piazza Garibaldi and goes to the port of Naples. Tickets can be purchased inside the station. The ports of Naples Beverello (hydrofoils) and the port of Massa are about 600 meters include a free shuttle service connecting the two ports.

BY CAR

Important information for those arriving by car on the island:
starting from spring and throughout the summer, there is a ban on the landing and circulation of cars and motorcycles for residents of the Campania Region.
There are, however, some exemptions for those who stay at least 7 days in the hotel, in the Municipalities of Serrara Fontana, Barano and in the hamlet of Panza in Forio.

How to reach the island of Ischia from the different ports of Naples?

From the port of Napoli porto di Massa

Ferries arrive on the island of Ischia to the port of Casamicciola or Ischia Porto. Ferry tickets can also be purchased online or directly at the port.

 

From the port of Pozzuoli
The port of Pozzuoli is located further from the center of Naples and is recommended only for those arriving by car in Ischia. Ferries from the CAREMAR, MEDMAR and GESTOUR companies leave from Pozzuoli.
To reach Pozzuoli you have to pass the Naples motorway exit and continue for about 12 km, then take the ring road towards Pozzuoli, take the first exit (exit N ° 14) after the “Via Campana” exit and follow the signs for the port . Ferries arrive on the island of Ischia to the port of Casamicciola or Ischia Porto. Ferry tickets can also be purchased online in advance.

How to reach the hotel from the different ports of Ischia?

From the port of Ischia Porto
The most convenient way is to arrive by taxi. Taxis are located directly outside the port. A taxi from Ischia Porto to the Park Imperial Hotel costs about € 35.00 / € 40.00.
If you call us just before your departure from Naples we can give you the contact of a trusted taxi driver.
Arriving by public transport: The bus station is located in Piazza Trieste and Trento near the port of Ischia. The EAV CS / 1 or 2 bus lines arrive in Forio. The stop to get off at the Hotel Park Imperial is located about 2 km after the port of Forio in Via Provinciale Panza 166. The stops are not signposted, so it will be advisable to ask for the Hotel Park Imperial stop which is located a few meters from the descent to Citara beach.

 

From the port of Casamicciola
With a hydrofoil of the SNAV company or a ferry of the MEDMAR or CAREMAR companies you can get directly to Casamicciola Porto. Bus tickets can be purchased directly on buses (coins only) or in front of the port in tobacconists / newsagents) or at the Calise bar.
The most convenient way is to arrive by taxi which costs approx. € 25.0 / € 30.00. You can find taxis directly at the port exit or you can contact us shortly before your departure from Naples to get in touch with a trusted taxi driver.

 

From the port of Forio
Bus lines CS / 1 or 2 leave from the Lungomare directly to the Hotel Therme Park Imperial. There the closest stop to our hotel is located about 2 km after the port of Forio in Via Provinciale Panza
166. The stops are not signposted, so ask for the Hotel Therme Park Imperial stop which is located a few meters from the descent to Citara beach.

Bus tickets can be purchased directly on the bus (coins only) or in tobacconists / newsagents (one located directly at the landing of the pier of Forio).
A taxi costs about € 10 / € 15.00. Contact us before departure for a trusted taxi driver.
