The hotel does not have a elevator and is not suitable for disabled people. The various areas and rooms are accessible via stairs.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN

To stay in the hotel, it is mandatory to present the identity card or passport of all guests to the reception upon arrival, including all minors, in compliance with current regulations. The new driving license is not valid for check-in without an identity card.
Unaccompanied minors neither by their parents nor by an adult over the age of 18 cannot be accommodated in the hotel even if they have an identification document.
The minor accompanied by an adult other than the parents can only stay in the hotel if the adult is provided with a declaration of assent issued by the minor’s parents.
The number of guests staying in the room must match the number of guests indicated in the booking (including children) otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the booking.
Cot on request and reservation € 10,00 per day. Extra beds are on request.
The quadruple rooms consist of a double / twin bed + 1 bunk bed.

Check-In, we do not accept reservations with credit cards from third parties who will not stay in the hotel, we will,reserve the right to verify credit cards.

During the dinner, restaurant hours may vary in different seasons.

– lunch or dinner with vegetable / salad buffet. The first / second courses (3 of your choice) are served at the table.
– All drinks are to be paid separately and are not included in half board or full board.
On request, gluten-free dishes (limited choice of products) or dishes suitable for intolerants can also be prepared.

the bar is open from 10.00 to 23.00 (in summer until 24.00). 2 musical evenings a week from 14/06 to 26/09/2020

PETS IN HOTEL:

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed (one per room, max. 5 kg): however, you must communicate this before arrival at the hotel and it will be necessary to wait for our reconfirmation after booking. We ask you to inform in advance about the rules of this service on our website in the section “On holiday with my four-legged friend”.

 


 

CANCELLATIONS:

If canceled or modified, no penalty will be charged if made within 8 days of the arrival date. Any deposits / advance payments will be replaced if cancellation is made within this period. In case of cancellation after this deadline, the deposit can no longer be returned and 30% of the amount will be retained. Failure to present will result in the cost of the entire amount of the booking being charged. If the reservation is guaranteed by credit card, from 7 days before arrival 30% of the entire amount of the stay can be charged to the credit card issued without notice which must be covered by the requested amount, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.

 


 

INVOICES:

If you wish to receive an invoice, it will be advisable to communicate it during the booking procedure, as it is not possible to issue an invoice after accounting for the deposit.
